Igbo Community in Okpokwu visits Sen. Moro

The Igbo Community in Okpokwu LGA of Benue State today, Saturday 27th June, 2020, paid a visit to the Senator representing the good people of Benue South Senatorial District, Comrade Abba Moro, in his Ugbokolo home.

The delegation, led by the Eze’Ndigbo, HRH Igwe Obataobie, and Engr. Celestine Ibe, was in the Senator’s home to congratulate him on all his victories at the polls and in the courts. They prayed for more successes and victories for the Senator and promised to work with him and all the leaders in Okpokwu and Benue South to nip crimes in the bud.

Responding, the Distinguished Senator, who spoke in Igbo language, thanked the delegation for the visit and their prayers. He promised to continue to work with the relevant stakeholders in Okpokwu and Benue South at large to create the enabling environment for the Igbo community and other peace-loving Nigerians settling in the Zone to stay and do their legitimate businesses without fear.
