World Leaders Reacts To Biden’s Victory

With the news of Democratic challenger Joe Biden winning US Presidential race, the world leaders started reacting to the win with congratulatory messages for the US President-elect.

Tweeting to congratulate Joe Biden, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he is really looking forward to working together and building on that with both Biden and Kamala.

The first one to congratulate Joe Biden was Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau . 

Treadue tweeted saying “Congratulations, @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris. Our two countries are close friends, partners, and allies. We share a relationship that’s unique on the world stage. I’m really looking forward to working together and building on that with you both.”

Biden on Saturday defeated incumbent president Donald Trump in a tough race by a heft margin of electoral votes.  Biden’s victory was confirmed after he claimed Pennsylvania. Biden will be the 46th President of the United States.

Meanwhile, President of European Parliament, David Sassoli, congratulated Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.Loading …

He tweeted, “Our best wishes to the next US President @JoeBiden and VP @KamalaHarris. The world needs a strong relationship between Europe and the US – especially in these difficult times. We look forward to working together to fight COVID-19, climate change, and address rising inequality.” Loading …

French President Emmanuel Macron has also reacted to Joe Biden’s win saying, “The Americans have chosen their President. Congratulations  @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris! We have a lot to do to overcome today’s challenges. Let’s work together!”
