POINT BLANK BY ABDULRAHMAN ABU HAMISU

In a bid to take away human agency in the development of a country and its advancement, credits due to humans have been given to institutions. This way the dynamism and creativity that comes with sound human mind is relegated to the background. So when we are grapple with institutional reforms, we often neglect the very character of the man manning our institutions. The Chinese and other developing countries mind the character of the man manning their institutions for who there is death penalty and other forms of consequences. And they are dvancing. Whereas we continue to flog institutions, and we are still where we are after 22 years of democrazy. Let us continue live the lies.
