Kogi State Deputy Governor, Chief (Dr.) Edward David Onoja felicitates with Mrs. Hannah Onyinoyi Odiyo on her appointment as the State’s new Head of Civil Service.
In a Congratulatory Message made available to newsmen in Lokoja, the State Capital, Chief Onoja described her appointment as not only deserving, but highly commendable.
“Our State’s Civil Service is arguably the most functional in the country. This, for one, is made possible by the Civil Service Reforms o His Excellency, Gov. Yahaya Adoza Bello in his quest to have a working Civil Service”.
Chief Onoja leveraged the Statement to thank the outgoing Head of Service, Elder Mrs. Deborah Ogunmola for her uprightness, dedication, integrity, humility and diligence to work over the years, highlighting her prolific contributions to the Civil Service Reforms in the State while in Office.
He admonished the new Service boss, Mrs. Hannah Odiyo, to bring her pool of experience into play in her elevated status and prayed God to grant her insights to work and vision for purposeful leadership to chart the Service to greater heights.
Until her appointment, Mrs. Odiyo was the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Kogi State.
