Hon Fabian Ogbeche Pledges Value Addition To Yala LGA With His Transformation Agenda


The Chairman Yala Local Government Area, Hon Fabian O Ogbeche has declared that his administration will truncate all bureaucracies to create the enabling environment in which enterprises can flourish.
According to him, the Local Government System is one part of the public sector which actively promotes economic growth and development. He noted that his transformation agenda will require courage, vision and political conviction to materialize. 
Hon. Ogbeche emphasized that his administration will be very proactive at instigating and delivering projects which will create jobs, as well as helping businesses to thrive. Noting that his transformation agenda will actively explore opportunities to strengthen the economic prosperity in the area. Stating that he will be deliberate about people oriented initiatives that will eventually leave Yala local government area better than he met it after his tenure. 
Speaking on his experience on assumption of office Hon. Ogbeche said that he met a dilapidated structure and he began on immediate renovation to upgrade the offices to standard. He reiterated that value addition will continue to be a priority in his dispensation and provision of a comfortable working environment for the staff is of utmost importance because charity begins at home. 
He also noted that he will encourage massive agricultural production and the local farmers will be empowered to scale up to commercial farming and government will be the off-takers to feed the Ayade Agro-Industrial revolution in Cross River State.
On the multiple illegal taxation in Yala Local Government Area, Hon. Ogbeche said that he will leave no stone unturned in sanitizing the entire landscape. He further noted that for the adamant perpetrators in the art of illegality his administration has put in place modalities to punish them for their deliberate disobedience and insubordination. He averred also that he will go a step further to take the obedient ones responsible for the illegal practice off the street by assigning them designated productive roles that will add value to the area. He further reemphasized that the major challenge that is promoting illegality and criminality globally is unemployment. He therefore commended His Excellency Governor Ben Ayade for expanding Government massively to create employment. 
He avouched that Governor Ben Ayade has put his best foot forward in transmogrifying Cross River State into the Industrial hub of Africa. Stating that the least Cross Riverians can do is to give him the unalloyed support to end strong for the sake of posterity. He Added that Governor Ayade is a God Fearing Leader that has been sent to liberate the people of Cross River State, that the Governor’s people oriented and detribalised disposition in piloting the affairs of governance speaks volumes. 
On the collaboration between the State Government and the Eighteen  Local Government Areas Of Cross River State, Hon. Ogbeche reiterated that the Governor has done noble by giving the authorization for one thousand appointments to made into so many economic value chains therefore improving their standard of living. He said that Yala Local Government Area was the pilot Local Government that implemented the initiative and the beneficiaries have been receiving their salaries promptly. He revealed that most of the beneficiaries are now able to further their studies and some have ventured into entrepreneurial development from the monthly stipends they are getting as a result of the intervention of the Ben Ayade led administration.
