Hon Alewo Drums Support For Gov Bello’s Presidential Bid

Kogi state House of Assembly Committee Chairman on Physical Planning, Urban/ Regional Development Hon Ujah Alewo Anthony has Solicited for the support of All Progressive Congress stakeholders and Nigerians to Governor Yahaya Bello’s Presidential ambition to become the next Elected President of Nigeria in 2023.
Hon Ujah who is representing Olamaboro state Constituency at Kogi Assembly in an interview with Daily Independent in Jos, said,his Excellency’s Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the Governor of Kogi State as the youngest governor in Nigeria to run for presidential race deserves the support of Nigerian youths, the women and men of good will to take over the leadership of this country come 2023.
According to Ujah, Governor Bello is a team player that has built political bridges across the six Geo political zones of the country and should be supported to provide quality leadership to the people of Nigeria in the next dispensation as he posses what is needed to take Nigeria to the next level of development across the country..He added that Bello has made his mark in the areas of security, women Empowerment, youth inclusion in government, education and infrastructural development in Kogi State with little resources at his disposal.
       Ujah added that it was because of Governor Bello’s record breaking laudable achievements that, “We decided on our own as Kogi law makers , to pass a vote of confidence on him and at the same time, pass a resolution that we want him to contest for the position of President come 2023.”
Ujah also stressed that Governor Bello as Presidential aspirant from North Central zone of the country should be voted into power in 2023 to give the people of the region a sense of belonging in the management of the political Affairs of Nigeria.
