A Keffi-based youth group, Keffi Youth Vanguard (KYV), has thrown its weight behind former Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, in the 2027 Nasarawa State gubernatorial election.
The group’s chairman, Imran Auwal, and general secretary, Joshua Akawu, stated that Adamu is the most suitable candidate to lead Nasarawa State, citing his nationalistic spirit, bridge-building abilities, and visionary leadership.
“We have carefully analyzed the political atmosphere in the state, and we believe Adamu is the best fit to take Nasarawa State to greater heights,” Auwal said ¹.
The group has pledged to deliver 95% of the votes in Keffi Local Government Area to Adamu, urging other groups and individuals to join them in supporting his candidacy.
Adamu’s candidacy has received endorsements from various groups, including the Progressive Youths for a Greater Nasarawa, who praised his competence, character, and experience as a law enforcement officer.
