Abuja, Nigeria (June 15, 2024) – Comrade Monday Ameh, a public affairs analyst, has commended the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barrister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, and the Minister of State, Dr. Mariya Mahmoud, for their remarkable achievements in the FCT within a year.
According to Ameh, “Barrister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike is indeed a Star Minister of this administration, leaving up to his nickname as ‘Mr. Project’ considering the gargantuan ongoing capital projects in the city center and across the 6 Area Councils… If he spends 4 years in FCT as Minister, he will no doubt turn the nation’s capital to El dorado.”
Ameh praised Wike’s efforts, saying, “He is a prolific striker, and his performance is unprecedented in the annals of FCT history.” He also urged Wike to extend his developmental strides to the suburbs, citing the need for urgent intervention in road infrastructure.
Additionally, Ameh called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to take a closer look at his Cabinet and remove non-performing Ministers, saying, “We need more of Wike’s performance in every sector.”
