Jalingo, Nigeria – Rt. Rev. Innocent Rubiruku Solomon, Presiding Bishop of the Crown of Life Bible Church, House of David, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the government and people of Taraba State on the occasion of the state’s 33rd anniversary.
In a statement issued to the press, Bishop Solomon acknowledged the significant progress Taraba State has made since its creation on August 27, 1991. He commended Governor Dr. Agbu Kefas for his visionary leadership, saying, “We are proud of the dynamic, people-focused, development-inclined leadership of H.E. Dr. Agbu Kefas.”
Bishop Solomon highlighted several achievements of the governor, including the recent hosting of the PDP Governors’ Forum and the successful wedding ceremony of the governor’s daughter, which showcased the state’s potential for growth and development.
The clergyman also praised Governor Kefas’ efforts to address poverty and improve security in the state. He cited the payment of pensions and gratuities to retirees and the establishment of a palliative market as positive steps towards alleviating the suffering of the common man.
Bishop Solomon emphasized the importance of security in the state, saying, “Making Taraba safe and secured to enable farmers and businesses thrive is most critical.” He expressed hope for continued development and security in the state, saying, “We pray to see more in the lifetime of this administration.”
The statement concluded with well-wishes for the state and the country, saying, “Long Live Taraba State. Long Live The Federal Republic of Nigeria.”
