Folabora Bryhm Foundation Clear school Fees of Best Students, Orphan and Less Privileges in Kogi East

The Folaboraa Brymn Foundation has demonstrated its commitment to uplifting the underprivileged in Kogi East by clearing school fees of best students, orphans and less-privileged children. This significant gesture was part of activities commemorating the life and legacy of the late Pa Jacob Braimoh Folabora who died 20th years ago.

The initiative, spearheaded by the State Coordinator, Hon. Murtala Muhammad, aimed to address the pressing issue of out-of-school children in Kogi East. Hon. Muhammad explained that the foundation recognizes education as a fundamental right and is dedicated to ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent children from accessing quality education.

The foundation’s team visited several primary schools across Kogi East, paying fees and providing support directly to the students. The program began with payments at various schools in the region and culminated at Elegant Science Academy Anyigba, Dekina, where a symbolic payment was made to highlight the foundation’s commitment.

During the event, Hon. Murtala Muhammad expressed gratitude to the community for their support and assured them that the foundation would continue to prioritize education for the most vulnerable children. He emphasized that the foundation’s efforts were in line with its principal mission of fostering development through education and breaking the cycle of poverty in the region. The event also featured interactions with parents, teachers, and community leaders who lauded the foundation’s efforts. Many expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the initiative, noting that it would significantly ease the financial burden on families and give children the opportunity to pursue their education without hindrance.

The Folabora Bryhm Foundation pledged to expand its outreach and continue investing in programs aimed at improving the lives of orphans and the less privileged. Hon. Muhammad reaffirmed that this was just the beginning, and the foundation would remain steadfast in its mission to support vulnerable communities in Kogi East and beyond.
