President Bola Ahmed Tinubu departed the nation’s capital on Thursday to begin his 2025 annual leave, which will be observed as a working vacation in Europe.
According to a statement released by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President is scheduled to be away for a period of ten working days.
The President will split his time between France and the United Kingdom during the trip, which is described as a “working vacation.”
This suggests that while on leave, President Tinubu will continue to engage with official duties and receive briefings from his administration.
The statement confirmed that the President is expected to return to Nigeria following the conclusion of the trip.
The Presidency has assured that governance will continue uninterrupted during the President’s absence.
