Evangelist Solomon Salami, founder and President of Peniel City International, has written an open letter to Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), a Nigerian social media influencer, activist, critic, and philanthropist. In the letter, Salami praises VDM for his courage and influence, acknowledging the significant impact he has had on Nigerian youth.
Salami notes that many young Nigerians have been inspired by VDM’s willingness to speak out on issues that matter, even when others remained silent. “Many Nigerians, especially the youths, didn’t choose to follow you because you were a saint, a miracle worker, or some perfect messiah. They chose you because, at a time when voices were silent and hope was faint, you dared to speak,” Salami wrote.
The letter stressed VDM’s influence on Nigerian youth and encourages him to continue using his platform responsibly. Salami believes that VDM’s influence can be a powerful tool for transformation, bringing hope and light to millions of young Nigerians who are searching for guidance.
“You have built influence, and if sustained with wisdom, it can become a tool of transformation for millions of Nigerian youths who are daily searching for light in this darkness,” Salami stated.
Salami concludes the letter by urging VDM to stay focused on his mission and avoid distractions. He encourages VDM to rise above the noise, protect his purpose, and refine his message, emphasizing the importance of responsible leadership and the impact it can have on the lives of others.
“Rise above the noise, protect your purpose, and refine your message,” Salami advised.
