This collaboration aims to equip young Nigerian graduates with vital workplace skills, professional mentorship, and meaningful employment opportunities to strengthen the nation’s human capital base.

The Nigerian Jubilee Fellows Program, a flagship initiative launched by the Federal Government in partnership with UNDP and the EU, bridges the gap between talented graduates and reputable organizations across Nigeria.

Speaking on the partnership, the
Executive Director Dr. Goodness Anele, on behalf of the Chairman Mr. Valentine Anele said that management of Nellyval Group expressed deep commitment to advancing Nigeria’s youth development agenda:

“Through the partnership, Nellyval Group will serve as a host organization, offering fellows hands-on experience, professional exposure, and structured mentorship to prepare them for leadership roles in their respective industries.

“At Nellyval Group, we believe that the future of Nigeria rests on the competence and character of its young people. Partnering with UNDP, the EU, and the Federal Government through the Nigerian Jubilee Fellows Program aligns perfectly with our vision to nurture future leaders who will drive innovation, enterprise, and sustainable growth – she said.

“Through this alliance, Nellyval Group continues to affirm its reputation as a forward-thinking organization that prioritizes social impact alongside business excellence by providing structured learning and development pathways for Nigerian graduates, the partnership stands as a testament to Nellyval Group’s dedication to nation-building and global collaboration.

“With this milestone, Nellyval Group joins a distinguished network of institutions supporting Nigeria’s youth in their transition from education to employment — a critical step toward reducing unemployment and fostering inclusive economic growth across the country – she added.
