A young female leader in Nasarawa State, Nasube Maidoki, has issued a formal notice to the Adon Garin Mama, Chumbis Moses Ibrahim, demanding a retraction and apology for recent false and malicious statements he authored against her on Facebook.
The notice, dated November 21, from her counsel, M.O. Peter of MP Diamond and Associates, stated that the defamatory publication has caused her, her family, political associates, suitor, and friends immense distress and reputational damage.
Miss Maidoki demands an unreserved public retraction and apology to be published on Facebook and in two national daily newspapers within 48 hours of receipt of the letter.
The Adon Garin Mama, who operates as Chumbis Adon Garin on Facebook, had recently posted her picture and referred to her as “this HIV vulture”, which a test carried out at Silvercord Hospitals, Keffi, confirmed was non-reactive.
