It has become necessary to respond to the recent outburst by the “errand boy and publicity machinery” of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Nasarawa State, whose only preoccupation seems to be attacking anyone who speaks the truth about the party’s failings. They must be told, once and for all, to allow Dr. Lucky Yargwa to rest.
Dr. Yargwa merely stated the obvious truths that every sincere member of the public already knows. Instead of addressing the issues he raised, the APC media handlers resorted to character assassination, insults, and needless propaganda. This only confirms Dr. Yargwa’s point: the party is more interested in silencing truth than fixing its internal decay.
No amount of shouting, long statements, or name-calling will erase the fact that the APC in Nasarawa State is facing real challenges, challenges their so-called “publicity wing” is too afraid to acknowledge. If they had any confidence in their performance, they would respond with facts, not attacks.
The public already knows who is speaking out of sincerity and who is speaking out of fear of losing relevance. Dr. Yargwa has moved on. He has spoken his mind. The least the APC errand boys can do is respect that and focus on rebuilding their party instead of chasing anyone who dares to speak the truth.
The truth remains the truth, whether they like it or not.
