President Bola Tinubu has approved the deployment of four Federal Permanent Secretaries as part of efforts to strengthen governance and improve service delivery across ministries.
The announcement was contained in a statement issued in Abuja on Monday by Mrs Eno Olotu, Director of Information and Public Relations, Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.
Olotu said the deployment is aimed at enhancing effective policy implementation in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda.
She noted that the affected permanent secretaries were selected through a competitive process and are expected to bring experience and technical expertise to their new roles.
According to her, the redeployment is intended to optimise performance, encourage inter-ministerial collaboration, and support sustainable development across key sectors.
The deployed officials include Mrs Bekearedebo Warrens (Bayelsa State), posted to the Political and Economic Affairs Office, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation; and Dr Kamil Shoretire (Ogun State), posted to the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment. Politics
Others are Mrs Nkiruka Jones-Nebo (Enugu State), assigned to the Career Management Office in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, and Mr Sani Aminu (Kano State), posted to the Special Services Office, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
Olotu added that the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Didi Walson-Jack, congratulated the officials and urged them to demonstrate professionalism, accountability and result-oriented leadership in their new assignments.
