A Philanthropist, Politician and an international Business Mogul, Chief David Sabo Kente has provided a University Endowment Fund in Departments of Mass Communication at the Federal University Wukari and Taraba State University Jalingo in honour of late Ben Adaji.
Kente made the announced this at the burial ceremony of late Adaji held in Imani, Olomaboro Local Government Area of Kogi state.
According to him, the fund was part of immortalization of the late Ben Adaji, adding that funds would be provided yearly to support Mass Communication students at the two Government owned Universities.
He further promised to support the family of late Ben Adaji to ensure that life was not difficult to them.
Speaking, Gov Agbu Kefas of Taraba encouraged the family and the entire people of Imani to take solace in God who giveth and taketh life.
Represented by the Chairman of Correspondent’s Chapel, Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Comrade Gabriel Yough, describe the death of Ben Adaji as a great lost not only to Igalla community, but also for Taraba State and Media the practice.
He pray for God to give the family of Adaji and his associates the fortitude to bear the irriparable loss.
Late chief Adaji died as a practicing juornalist who have practiced for over 30 years.
