Sen. Ned Nwoko (APC-Delta) has felicitated Vice-President Kashim Shettima on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
Nwoko, who is the Senate Committee Chairman on Reparation and Repatriation, in his congratulatory message made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) Abuja on Wednesday, described 60 years as a significant milestone.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the senator’s message was entitled “Kashim Shettima @60: Celebrating a Remarkable Journey.”
“I warmly celebrate His Excellency, Sen. Kashim Shettima, GCON, Vice-President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as he clocks 60.
“60 years is a significant milestone, and even more so when marked by a life that has taken one through different spheres of leadership and public responsibility.
“Your years in office have given you the opportunity to serve Nigeria at different levels, and your contributions to the country’s political and economic development remain noteworthy.
“On behalf of my family and the good people of Delta North, I wish you continued strength, sound health and the wisdom to navigate the responsibilities that come with your office,” the lawmaker said.
