‎Carnegie Mellon College Republicans Ask University to Fire Uju Anya ‎

College Republicans of Carnegie Mellon University are piling pressure on the institution to terminate Uju Anya, a U.S.-Nigerian professor infamous for her inflammatory anti-White rants on social media.

‎

‎“The Carnegie Mellon College Republicans are calling for Professor Uju Anya’s dismissal in the wake of politically violent statements on social media,” a statement dated September 13 said.

‎

‎The group said Ms Anya’s “voluntary professional leave” was insufficient to “address the serious concerns her conduct has created among the community”.

‎

‎On Friday she tweeted, “Die first, White man and ask yourself why I’m dancing.”

‎

‎The group argued that Ms Anya’s conduct was unbecoming for her position as a professor, urging the school to fire her.

‎

‎“A university that prides itself on inclusion and safety cannot allow a faculty member who promotes violence, even rhetorically, to remain on its payroll,” the statement said. “Professors hold unique positions of influence, and with that comes a responsibility to model civil and fact-based dialogue, not to dehumanise those who disagree.”

‎

‎Ms Anya, a homosexual academic of race studies at the school, is better known as a major campaigner for anti-White hate across U.S. social media platforms than for her work as an associate professor.

‎

‎As a Nigerian of Igbo origin, Ms Anya has cultivated a reputation for deriding White people and celebrating their deaths. In February 2021, she mocked conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh for finally doing “something positive in life by dropping dead”.

‎

‎In 2022, Ms Anya, in a thread of tweets, wished the Queen “an agonisingly painful death like the one she caused for millions of people”.

‎

‎“I heard the chief monarch of a thieving raping genocidal empire is finally dying. May her pain be excruciating,” Ms Anya tweeted in September 2022.

‎

‎The group insisted that Ms Anya “must be held accountable and immediately fired”.
