Bobrisky Claims N5 Million Payout to SAN for Federal Pardon
Controversial cross-dresser Bobrisky has made headlines again with shocking claims about his ongoing legal issues. In a voice note released today, October 7, 2024, Bobrisky alleged that he paid N5 million upfront to a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) to secure a Federal Government pardon for money laundering charges brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
According to Bobrisky, the SAN initially demanded N10 million, but he was unable to raise the full amount since his account had been frozen by the EFCC. Fortunately, his godfather stepped in and provided the initial N5 million payment.

Bobrisky also clarified that he’s not in prison, as widely believed. Instead, his godfather arranged for him to stay in a well-furnished apartment near the prison, with the help of the Deputy Controller of the Nigerian Correctional Service. This arrangement was made to avoid potential harassment in a male facility.
In the voice note, Bobrisky admitted, “Truth be told, I won’t lie to you, you’re my person. I’m not in prison, but I’m around there. They got me an apartment because of my godfather. My godfather was able to say, ‘Never, you will not smell that prison.’”
He further explained that they’re seeking a pardon to expedite his release, stating, “I’m supposed to finish my sentence by July, but if we get the amnesty, I could leave by the first week of next month.”
This revelation comes after Bobrisky’s earlier claim that EFCC operatives demanded and received N15 million to drop the money laundering charges against him.
