The Kano state police command has invited Muhammadu Sanusi, the Emir of Kano, for questioning over alleged killings that happened during the recent Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
During the Eid-el-Fitr celebration on Sunday, some members of a vigilance group who were said to be part of Sanusi’s entourage were allegedly attacked and killed.
The police ansked Sanusi to report to the Force Intelligence Department headquarters in Abuja on April 8.
