​The Senator’s intervention follows widely publicized reports where the woman cried out for help, alleging neglect and distress in her Abuja residence. Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan confirmed that she has accepted the responsibility of taking up the case before the National Assembly, leveraging her status as the representative for both the victim’s children and the accused businessman.
