Cashew Farmers’ Group Condoles with Kogi Gov Ododo Over Father’s Passing

The National Apex of Cashew Farmers, Processors, and Marketing Cooperative Limited (CASHWAPEX) has extended its deepest condolences to the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, on the passing of his beloved father.

A statement signed by President of the organisation, Yunusa Gabriel Enemali, described the loss as a significant blow not only to the governor and his family but also to the entire community that knew and respected the late patriarch.

“This irreparable loss is a significant blow not only to the governor and his family but also to the entire community that knew and respected the late patriarch,” the statement read. “As an organization dedicated to empowering rural cashew farmers, processors, and marketers, we recognize the importance of family and community.”

The organisation acknowledged the governor’s commitment to promoting agriculture and economic development in Kogi State, noting that the state has been a significant contributor to Nigeria’s cashew production.

“Kogi State has been a significant contributor to Nigeria’s cashew production, with many farmers relying on cashew farming as a source of livelihood. We appreciate the governor’s commitment to promoting agriculture and economic development in the state, and we are confident that his vision will continue to guide the state towards greater heights.”

CASHWAPEX stood in solidarity with Governor Ododo and his family during this difficult time, offering their sincerest condolences. “We stand in solidarity with Governor Ododo and his family during this difficult time and offer our sincerest condolences. May the memories of the late father remain a source of comfort and strength to the governor and his family as they navigate this challenging period.”

The organisation prayed for the deceased’s soul to rest in Aljannah Firdaus and for the family to find strength during this difficult time. “We pray that Almighty Allah grants the deceased Aljannah Firdaus and gives the family the fortitude to bear this immense loss. May Almighty Allah surround the family with mercy, strengthen them with patience, and comfort their hearts with the assurance of a reunion in Aljannah.”

The National Apex of Cashew Farmers, Processors, and Marketing Cooperative Limited reaffirmed its commitment to working with the Kogi State government to promote the development of the cashew industry and improve the lives of farmers.
