Chinese President, Xi Jinping on Friday signed orders to implement new regulations concerning the military’s internal management, code of conduct, and formations.
These revised rules will be in effect from April 1.
The changes aim to enhance the military’s readiness for combat and address concerns within the forces.
The internal order regulation focuses on improving management in areas such as soldier conduct, appearance, leave, and training. The revised code of conduct introduces clear procedures for rewarding excellence and punishing violations. New regulations for military formations provide specific guidelines for parades on land, sea, air, and at docks.
The main goal of the revisions is to prioritize combat readiness and strengthen preparations for war, with a focus on maintaining discipline in daily operations and training. These updates reflect the commitment to running the armed forces under the law, promoting order in military activities.
