Gabriel Yunusa Enemali of Community Reporter has been conferred with the prestigious Igala Award by Arise Igala media organisation as “Change advocate of the decade”.
The Award, according to information scooped from News Scout by SUMMIT POST, is in recognition of his commitment towards exposing difficulties in rural communities to the global world and government.
Enemali was honoured along with other prominent Igala Sons and Daughters at at the awards ceremony, which took place in Abuja.
While reacting to the award, Ennemali expressed shock, adding that he never expected to be recognised.
He however thanked Arise Igala group, the organisers of the award, for finding him worthy of the award.
He described the award as an encouragement to his Community Reporting activities and dedicated the award to Rural People.
It would be recalled that Mr Enemali, through his Community Reportage has attracted development to many rural communities from well spirited individuals, government and organisations.
