The All Progressives Congress in Cross River State has congratulated its Vice Chairman Central, Ayiba Sandi, on the occasion of his birthday, commending his commitment to public service and party development.
In a statement issued in Calabar and signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Hon. Emmanuel Edem Inyang, the party leadership led by State Chairman Christopher Sunny Eta described Sandi as a dedicated party man whose contributions have strengthened the APC in the state.
The party highlighted Sandi’s political trajectory, noting that he began his career as a councillor and later served as Leader of Council before emerging as Chairman of Ikom Local Government Area. It added that his current role as Vice Chairman Central reflects his consistency and loyalty to the party’s ideals.
According to the statement, Sandi played a strategic role in coordinating party activities in Ikom Local Government Area during the last general elections, contributing to the APC’s success in the Central Senatorial District.
The party also acknowledged his achievements in the private sector, recalling his appointment as Managing Director of Tinapa during the administration of former governor Ben Ayade.
It further commended his continued support for the party’s vision and his contributions to victories recorded in both the general elections and local government council polls.
“On this auspicious occasion, we wish you continued success, good health and prosperity. May the years ahead bring you all your heart’s desires,” the statement read.
The APC concluded by expressing appreciation for Sandi’s service to the party and the state, wishing him a memorable birthday celebration.
