Diddy’s bail was denied, and he will remain in custody until his trial. His lawyers argued for home detention, citing health concerns, but the judge ruled that he posed a flight risk.
“I’m not going anywhere,” Diddy told the judge, assuring him he would comply with court orders. The judge, however, remained unconvinced, citing the severity of the charges and Diddy’s considerable resources.
