The writer, therefore, opines that such a trait at the disposal of Chief Ilonah, would lead to productivity and prosperity in Kogi State, when he becomes Governor in 2024.

The implication of this is that building for the future requires focus on the big-picture, needs principles, rather than on the detailed process.
