Today unfurls before us, as a shinning banner in honour of a man whose life reads like an ode to discipline, loyalty, and quiet strength, Hon. Chief Emmanuel Ironbar, fondly and famously known then as “Emma OPP.”
As he ascends yet another dignified rung on the ladder of life today, we celebrate not just the passage of years, but the enduring legacy of character, service, and steadfast devotion he embodies.
To speak of Emmanuel Ironbar is to summon the image of a man forged in the crucible of discipline and distinction. From the hallowed corridors of Army Day Secondary School Calabar to the intellectual sanctum of the University of Calabar, his journey was never ordinary.
