Reports have indicated that the 75-year-old British monarch has only two more years to live, nearly two months after King Charles cancer diagnosis, sources revealed that
A source exclusively told InTouch Weekly that “Many courtiers believe Charles’ cancer is worse than they’re making it out to be.”
While the second insider revealed, “Even before the diagnosis, there were concerns about his health.”
Reflecting on King’s recent royal engagements, despite his deteriorating health, the source went on to explain, “Charles is keeping up with some appearances, not only to squash the wild conspiracy theories and false reports of his death, but to ensure people that he’s still able to perform his duties as king.”
They further confirmed that King Charles is “following doctors’ orders and willing to try any treatment to extend his life by a few years, at least.”
The first source noted that Charles, who became the king after his mother, Queen Elizabeth II’s, death in September 2022 “won’t be able to follow in his mother’s footsteps of leaving a lasting legacy.”
For the unversed, on February 5, 2024 Buckingham Palace shared a statement to announce that King Charles has been diagnosed with cancer.
“His Majesty has today commenced a schedule of regular treatments, during which time he has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties,” the palace’s statement said.
“Throughout this period, His Majesty will continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual,” the statement added.
