Nigeria’s Minister of State for Steel Development, Uba Maigari Ahmadu, has appealed to Tarabans, particularly the youths, not to join any protest but support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration’s efforts at turning thing around for the nation.
A statement from the Press and Public Relations desk of the Ministry of Steel Development noted that Mr President was doing everything possible “to address the myriad of challenges facing the country”.
In recent weeks, talks of a nationwide protest tagged:”#EndBadGovernanceProtest” by Nigerians, especially the Youths, to express their grievances over the state of the nation, high cost of living, hunger among others have dominated the public space.
In a frantic effort to convince and dissuade his people, Honourable Ahmadu, an illustrious son of the state, highlighted the ills of such protests, urging the citizens of Taraba to support the President in his efforts to achieve sustainable growth of the nation’s economy.
