Guinness Africa News Network was at the Famous Madaki’s Executive Suites, No. 23, Katsina Ala Crescent, Off Yadsersm Street, Maitama, Abuja to congratulate Umar Abutu Omar, the hotels Managing Director, on his recent recognition by Focus Africa Magazine recently at the 5th edition of Focus Africa Magazine Award ceremony held Feb 4th in Abuja.
According to Umar Abutu Omar, “My greatest trophies are the tears God is using me to wipe from people’s faces every day”.
He however thanked the organizers of the award for recognizing what God is doing through him, saying he has been inspired by the Award to refocus and do better.
“Achievements are a deep source of energy, arising from doing what your heart truly desire passionately. And when you feel satisfied with your actions, you are measuring success in a whole new way – in a way that is not dictated by the opinion of others.” Concluding, Umar said “Success is not just about achievements. It is also closely related to the feeling of happiness and meaning you feel when you do something. Inner satisfaction plays an instrumental role as a source of encouragement for more positive and creative actions.
Remember, every great achievement starts with a leap of faith. All I do is put my trust in my abilities, highly focused on God Almighty and chase those dreams with unwavering determination.”
Young Chief as he is fondly called, is a firm believer in the power of thoughts, he emphasizes that the outcome and results in our lives are intricately connected to the quality of our thoughts. According to him, thoughts are a tangible from of energy, influencing and shaping our realities.
