The 2024 CMPPE is currently holding in 2 Division Nigerian Army Area of Responsibility at the Headquarters 32 Artillery Brigade, Owena Military Cantonment in Akure, Ondo State.

Maj Gen Aligbe stated that the purpose of the address was to highlight the NA expectations from the candidates as they participate in the career progression exercise.

He also informed the candidates that the examination is a golden opportunity for them to consolidate on their career, as the examination is a major prerequisite for them to attend the Junior Staff Course at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College in Jaji or any of the subscribed staff colleges overseas, hence the need for them to qualify requires no further emphasis .

He also assured the Examination President and his management team the unalloyed commitment and support of the officers and soldiers of HQ 32 Artillery Brigade Akure in ensuring a hitch free 2024 CMPPE.

He also used the opportunity and requested the participants to observe a minute silence in honour of 2 soldiers of TRADOC NA who lost their lives on their way to Akure for the conduct of 2024 CMPPE.
