The Executive Chairman of the Nasarawa State Universal Basic Education Board (NSUBEB), Dr. Kassim Muhammad Kassim, has been commended for gifting cash to vulnerable households in Angwan Yara community in Akwanga Local Government Area of the state.
Kassim had recently given ₦20,000 each to 174 households as a Christmas package to enable them to celebrate the Yuletide with ease.
In a statement issued by David Mada Saleh on behalf of the community, they said the gift was a tremendous blessing.
The community lauded Kassim’s kindness and thoughtfulness, noting that it brought immense joy to families.
“We are truly grateful for your commitment to uplifting our community. We pray that God continues to bless you and your family for this wonderful act of kindness. May your efforts inspire others to make a positive impact in our world.
“Thank you, Hon. Kassim Muhammad Kassim, for making Christmas brighter for us,” the statement read further.
