Lokoja, Kogi State – Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo is being celebrated on his birthday with a heartfelt tribute from Hon. Arc. Oluyoko Michael, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor, who praised his “visionary leadership” and commitment to development.
