I am truly impressed by Senator Ahmad Aliyu Wadada’s consistent compassion and commitment, especially in prioritizing people with special needs. Today, while watching his live interactive session with persons living with special needs at his polo ranch in Keffi, I felt deeply encouraged by his openness and willingness to engage directly with them.
However, I noticed that there was no sign language interpreter present to support participants who are deaf or have hearing impairments. For a gathering centered on inclusion, the presence of a qualified interpreter is essential to ensure that everyone is fully carried along and able to participate meaningfully.
I respectfully call on Distinguished Senator Ahmad Aliyu Wadada to consider this observation in future engagements. Also, I suggest that he appoint someone to serve as Special Assistant on people with special needs. Having vast experience in serving different associations and leaders of people with special needs, I humbly volunteer myself to serve as Senator Wadada’s Special Assistant on people with special needs.
In God we trust.
Wadada Governor, In Shaa Allahu.
