ALOKO-OGANENIGU: SOLAR POWER COMMISSIONING – JOINING THE WORLD IN 24/7 POWER SUPPLY

To:
The CEO/MD.,
Havenhill Synergy Limited
Havenhill Solar Energy Project
Beta, Kogi State

Dear Sir,

On behalf of D’ooga, Chief Maji Omojayi, the Onu-Egena of Oganenigu, and his Council of Chiefs, as well as the good people of Aloko Township, we write to formally express our profound appreciation to you, your management, and staff for the successful completion and commissioning of the Aloko-Oganenigu Township Solar Electrification Project.

This achievement is particularly commendable given the numerous logistical challenges encountered during the course of the project. Your commitment, despite the challenges along the way, has brought reliable solar power to our community, enabling Aloko-Oganenigu to proudly join the rest of the world in enjoying the benefits of the 24-hour electricity supply.

As we look forward to a long, profitable and mutually beneficial relationship between our community and HAVENHILL, we wish to respectfully appeal that your organisation may also consider extending similar services to other yearning and deserving centres in Oganenigu Ward such as and including Ugbabo, Ojuwo/Agbada/Ojapata, Odolu (two locations), Agojeju, and other surrounding communities that are equally eager to benefit from sustainable energy solutions.

Additionally, we earnestly hope to pursue the much-needed facelift of Aloko Headquarters through the installation of befitting street lighting, and we would greatly appreciate your kind advice and possible support toward achieving this important community development objective.

Once again, we sincerely thank you for your remarkable developmental cooperation in our area. May God continue to bless and increase
Havenhill Synergy Limited

Yours faithfully,
