But for Individuals like Chief Dr. Chidi Anyaegbu,MFR,CON investing in Anambra has since become a lifestyle, one that has spanned over 40years with the birthing of Chisco Transport and other businesses all over the State.
Chief Anyeagbu has since moved on from bringing home businesses to bringing in goodwill and other philanthropic gestures to Anambra. The Chisco Institute of Transport,Logistics and Management which he single handedly built within the premises of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, his gracious donation of a whopping One Hundred Million Naira (#100,000,000)for its continued development and his numerous Scholarship scheme are few of his intervention in the Educational Sector.
In Health, the Chidi Anyaegbu Foundation Free Medical mission which is in its 7th edition and running has continued to bring succor to the numerous health challenges of his people of Amichi, Nnewi-South and the State in General. On these occasions, he flies in tens of medical personnel from abroad to provide free health care to individuals who are not able to afford the cost of such treatments.
In an intentional effort to take his medical intervention a notch higher, Chief Dr. Chidi Anyaegbu,CON has completed the construction and equipping of the state of the art Pat-Angelina Hospital Amichi which he built in memory of his late parents Patrick and Angelina Anyaegbu of blessed memories. While the medical mission was holding at the hospital in late June. Okeiyi Amichi was setting plans in motion for the hospital to transition from the venue of the free medical mission to a conventional state of the art Hospital.
For clarity, the Pat-Angelina Hospital cost over One Hundred Million Naira and counting, but Chief Dr. Chidi Anyaegbu has declared he doesn’t want any dime from the hospital back to his personal account, the hospital will not just offer quality medical services,but every Naira generated will be re-invested into the Hospital accordingly by the management team.
The Pat-Angelina Hospital is located at Umudim, Amichi in Nnewi-South Local Government Area of Anambra State.
