Monarchs, traditional rulers, and notable personalities from within and outside Nigeria have begun arriving at the BCS World Headquarters in Calabar, Cross River State, for the Silver Jubilee celebration of the Divine Coronation of His Holiness Olumba Olumba Obu, the Universal Monarch.
The celebration, marking 25 years since His Holiness’ coronation, has continued to attract widespread attention with dignitaries gathering in honour of the spiritual leader.
Among the prominent early arrivals is the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland and leader of the Oodua Peoples Congress, Ganiyu Adams, popularly known as Gani Adams. He was accompanied by coordinators of the group from Rivers, Akwa Ibom, Enugu, and Ebonyi States.
His presence is seen as a significant highlight of the gathering, underscoring the national dimension of the event as more distinguished guests continue to converge in Calabar for the historic celebration.
Organisers say preparations are in top gear as the Silver Jubilee festivities continue at the BCS World Headquarters, with more arrivals expected in the coming days.
