In a move to enhance its news reportage and programming, Kaftan TV has appointed seasoned broadcaster Reuben Okala as the new head of its Abuja station. Okala, who brings nearly three decades of experience from Nigeria’s premier television station, NTA, is expected to lead the station to greater heights.
According to Chief Executive Officer Waheed Odusule, “Hard work will be rewarded, and any staff that engages in professional misconduct will be shown the way out.” He encouraged staff to continue working hard and promised to address their welfare and emoluments.
Representing the founder of Kaftan TV, Prince Adewale Adebayo, Venerable Consultant noted that “the founder places greater premium on professionalism for the overall success of the station, and that’s why bringing Reuben Okala on board was imperative.”
Reuben Okala expressed satisfaction with the station’s facilities and urged staff to be creative and carve a niche for themselves. “Collectively, we can take Kaftan TV to greater heights,” he said. Okala emphasized the importance of self-belief and hard work, promising to reward dedication during his tenure as head of station in Abuja.
With Okala’s wealth of experience and the station’s commitment to quality, Kaftan TV is poised to become a leading voice in Nigerian broadcasting.
