Nigerians Urged to Support Tinubu for Success, Says Bishop
By Emmanuel Awari, Jalingo
Nigerians have been called upon to offer their full support to the current administration of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu to enable him to succeed. This plea came from Bishop Innocent Ribiruka Solomon, the Presiding Bishop of the Crown of Life Bible Church, in his Prophetic message to Nigerians regarding the new administration.
Bishop Solomon cited Ecclesiastes 3:1 toemphasise the importance of timely action: “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” He declared that, based on divine timing, “Nigeria’s redemption time in God’s calendar is now.” He implored Nigerians to unite “irrespective of differences of politics, religion, ethnicity, regional etc.” to salvage the nation without delay.
According to the Bishop, President Tinubu has demonstrated dedication, honesty, courage, and pragmatic leadership. He believes that God’s grace rests upon the administration, guiding it towards success. Therefore, he exhorts Nigerians to “seize the moment” and fulfill their patriotic duty towards their nation.
Bishop Solomon, who previously served as both the Taraba State Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) and the Vice Chairman of the North East CAN, reiterates his 2024 prophecy. He emphasizes that the urgent task of rescuing Nigeria from ruin and decay cannot be postponed. He affirms that President Tinubu, chosen by God, is at the helm, but achieving success requires the unwavering commitment of all Nigerians.
“This is beyond party and politics,” the Bishop asserted. “It is a life-saving call to all Nigerians.” He reminds the nation of his earlier prophecy about God’s divine plan for Nigeria in 2024: a plan to “Recover, Restore and Reclaim the giant of Africa and redeem her from Ruins and decadence into a Nation of pride and glory.”
However, he clarified that fulfilling this plan requires Nigerians to embrace their responsibility as God’s heirs and claim their national inheritance. He draws an analogy with the biblical Book of Esther, stating that God has identified an “Esther” within the nation whom He will utilize. He promises to reveal and support His recovery plan for Nigeria, emphasizing that divine wisdom, not brute force, will be the instrument of national restoration.
Bishop Solomon offers reassurance, declaring, “I will end terrorism, armed Banditry and heinous crime in your nation. I will destroy the destroyers. I will end the crime against my people and I will save.” He urges Nigerians not to delay their support during this crucial moment in God’s plan for redemption, citing Mordecai’s advice to Queen Esther: “For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14).
By addressing Nigerians directly and employing compelling biblical references, Bishop Solomon effectively delivers his message of unity and support for President Tinubu’s administration. The focus on divine timing and God’s plan for Nigeria adds a spiritual dimension to the call for national action, potentially resonating with a wider audience.
