As Nigeria celebrates its 64th year of nationhood, the Chairman of the Police Service Commission DIG Hashimu Argungu has called for a renewed faith in the greatness of our country, rich in both human and material resources.
DIG Argungu also demands patriotism and sacrifice from the Staff of the Commission and Police Officers who he admonished to have a sense of pride “for you belong to a great and promising nation”.
The PSC Chairman said Nigerians should remember the sacrifices of “our heroes past and renew our faith in a united and progressive nation bound by love and oneness, a nation with limitless opportunities and possibilities”
DIG Argungu said Nigerians have no reason to despair insisting that the nation is on the rise again.

He noted that ” We should in unity support Mr. President as he works to reposition and reengineer our country out of the current economic challenges. The PSC Chairman said there is already light at the end of the tunnel and said what Nigerians needed now is unflinching commitment and sincere patriotism. “
