Sen. Ned Nwoko (APC-Delta) has reaffirmed his commitment to the advancement of the Anioma project and the development of Delta North Senatorial District.
This is contained in a statement issued by the Ned Nwoko Media Team and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) Abuja on Monday.
According to the media team, Nwoko, representing Delta North Senatorial District, gave the commitment, following a warm reception from supporters, residents and well-wishers on his arrival in Delta on Friday.
He expressed appreciation to everyone who came out to welcome him and those who had continued to identify with his efforts and initiatives in the region.
Nwoko acknowledged the goodwill and encouragement he had continued to receive from the people, saying their support remained a source of encouragement, as he pursued issues concerning the development and future of the senatorial district.
He expressed appreciation to those who made the effort to receive him, noting that their presence demonstrated the strong connection and goodwill between him and them.
The senator noted that also that their support, encouragement and goodwill had not gone unnoticed.
He further reiterated his commitment to Delta North, particularly the development of the region and the pursuit of the Anioma project.
According to him, the journey remains ongoing and requires sustained commitment, cooperation and collective effort of everyone.
‘’I remain committed to working for the development of our people and advancing issues that affect the future of our district,’’ he stated.
NAN reports that Nwoko’s latest statement comes amid his continued public advocacy for the interests of the senatorial district and the Anioma people.
The lawmaker called for continued unity and collective effort, stressing that the aspirations of the people could be pursued through sustained commitment and determination.
