The Presiding Bishop of the Crown of Life Church Bible, House of David, Rt. Rev. (Dr.) Innocent Rubiruka Solomon, has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to embrace the National Minimum Wage without fear.
In a statement issued to SUMMIT POST in Jalingo, the clergyman urged the President to prioritize the welfare of Nigerian citizens, assuring him of divine guidance in addressing the nation’s economic challenges.
“‘Do not be afraid concerning the National Minimum Wage. Fear not also concerning the economy of your nation. Thus says the LORD, I will heal the economy of your nation. I will give you the secrets and the answers to the economy. Give your citizens a good welfare. Give your people life,'” the statement read.
The bishop’s message concluded with a reassuring tone, saying, “‘I the LORD God Almighty, I am in Nigeria and will show you the way to the healing and restoration of your nation’s economy. This is the Word of The LORD to His Servant President Ahmed Bola Tinubu.'”
The call by the clergyman comes as the Nigerian government continues to grapple with the issue of a national minimum wage, a topic of great importance to the country’s workforce.
