Shettima’s Re-nomination Strengthens APC’s 2027 Victory Chances — Rep. Jaji

‎Rep. Aminu Jaji, representing Kaura Namoda/Birnin Magaji Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has congratulated Vice President Kashim Shettima on his re-nomination as President Bola Tinubu’s running mate for the 2027 presidential election.

‎

‎In a statement issued on Saturday in Gusau, the Zamfara lawmaker described the decision as a strategic move that would enhance the All Progressives Congress (APC)’s chances of success in the next general election.

‎Jaji, who chairs the House Committee on Ecological Fund, said Shettima’s return to the presidential ticket reflected the confidence President Tinubu had in the vice president’s loyalty, competence, experience and contributions to the administration.

‎

‎According to him, the Tinubu-Shettima ticket provides the APC with a strong foundation for victory at all levels in the 2027 elections.

‎

‎“I congratulate Vice President Kashim Shettima and the entire APC family on his re-nomination as President Tinubu’s running mate. This is a clear roadmap to victory for the party in the 2027 general elections,” he said.

‎

‎The lawmaker also expressed confidence that Shettima deserved a second term as vice president, noting that his commitment and support for the administration had earned him the president’s trust.

‎

‎Jaji, who leads the Jajiya Political Movement, disclosed that the group had already endorsed the Tinubu-Shettima ticket ahead of the 2027 polls.

‎

‎He added that the ruling party’s presidential ticket would once again secure the confidence and mandate of Nigerians at the next general election.
