The Southern Conference of United Methodist Church condole leadership of CAN Taraba State, Women Wing of CAN and all the denominations and families of the women who lost their lives on their way back from convention at Gembu, Sardauna local government.area.
In a statement issue to newsmen, the leader of Southern Conference of United Methodist Church Rev Dr Philip Micah Dopah describe death as a necessary end to all mortals.
“Our consolation was that they died while serving their Creator and expressed hope that they’re resting with the Lord.
The leader prayed God for divine consolation and quick recovery for those who sustain various degree of injuries during the accident.
Recall that WOWICAN women involved in a ghastly motor accident which claimed three lives.
Meanwhile , the Secretary to Government of the State, Barr. Gibon Timothy Kataps has visited the injured women at the Taraba State Specialist Hospital, Jalingo.
On arrival at the specialist hospital, the SGS accompanied by some commissioners were received by the special Adviser to Christian on religious matters,and the Vice CAN Chairman.
The Taraba State Governor, Dr Agbu Kefas has earlier directed that the corpses should be conveyed and all the injured persons from Gashaka to Jalingo.
