The Taraba State Council of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, NUJ, has felicitated with Christians in this year’s Christmas celebration.
In a statement issue in Jalingo, the State Chairman of the Union, Comrade David Nyah said that it is a season of sober reflection to all Christians in the state. The statement reads:
“GreetingsChristian brethren. On behalf of NUJ Taraba State Council officials i wish to felicitate with you on the occasion of Christmas Celebration.
“This is a season of love and sober reflection on an examplary life of Jesus Christ to touch lives positively in the society as taught in the Holy Bible by the Saviour Whose birthday we are celebrating.
“May this year’s Celebration usher in peace,unity and progress in our dear country Nigeria and Taraba State in particular.
“Merry Christmas and happy new year in advance – the statement conclude.
He use the forum to appreciate members of the Union for their support and urge them to maintain the tempo.
