The Supreme Court has set aside the Court of Appeal’s status quo ante bellum order, reinstating Senator David Mark’s executive committee and reversing its delisting by INEC.
Nevertheless, the Court directed Senator David Mark to return to the Federal High Court for the hearing and determination of all substantive issues arising from the leadership dispute within the ADC.
